1. What is your earliest musical memory?
I don’t know if this counts, but I went to see Sesame Street the concert when I was little. For some reason I felt that I needed to be on the stage singing and dancing too. So naturally I just ran up onto the stage, and the rest is history.

2. What has been your most embarrassing musical moment?
I have a few of these, they’re all kind of collectively the same thing. Sometimes when I’m on stage, I forget how to talk and things just come out weird and don’t make sense, haha. It’s super embarrassing but I’m getting better at it.

3. What do you like and dislike about touring?
When I’m on the road, my least favorite part is not getting enough sleep and my favorite part of it is playing shows and performing. It’s nice to just be in different places and see new faces every day.

4. What is your favorite record store, anywhere in the world?
My favorite record store is the Sound Garden in Fells Point, Maryland.

5. Other than your own music, what is your favorite song or album of all-time? Why?
This is a tough one. My favorite song right now is Hard Feelings/Loveless off of Melodrama by Lorde. I’ve been listening to it non-stop. The songwriting is just so good and I take a lot of inspiration from it.

6. You wake up in a seedy Berlin hotel room with no recollection of the past 96 hours. Who is your first call?
My dad, always.
