A band making “space drone dream” music?
Yup, you’re entering a musical zone that belongs all to Solilians, a group that blends ambient sounds with psychaedelica.
The latest album, Shin, which is dedicated to the memory of Star Trek actor Leonard Nimoy, is far-out, dreamy, and strangely touching.
Our favorites – the band’s two takes on the Jewish hymn “Hine Ma Tov.” The first, very airy and somber; the second, more scratchy and techno.
